What is a user?
A “user” is a person with a Planday login. You are only charged for the number of Planday users in your company. You are not charged for staff who do not have a login.
Monthly or annual billing?
That’s up to you. If you don’t want to commit to a whole year upfront, then monthly billing is the way to go. If you pay annually, you will receive a 5% discount over 12 months.
What payment methods are accepted?
We have several flexible payment options that we accept for you convenience, including all major credit and debit cards.
Are there any add-on fees?
Your carrier’s standard SMS rates will apply. There is also a start-up fee, which can be combined with a workshop where we ensure 100% implementation of the Planday system.
What about discounts or special rates?
Planday offers special rates for companies with 200+ users. As a larger company, you can rest assured we’ll look into your specific business and tailor the best possible solution.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You can try Planday for 30 days at no cost. There is no obligation to buy and we don’t ask for your credit card details. After 30 days, you decide if you wish to continue.
